I was born in a small town in the lovely state of Minnesota. (You betcha!)

As an only child, I was blessed with a clever imagination and a passion for creating. My parents were wonderful people who loved collecting antiques and passed down this passion to me. I have many of their keepsake items still on display in my home.

I have always been a lover of vintage items because of their beauty and their past story. I imagine whose homes they were in and what purposed they played in their day to day lives. Many treasures of the past are still around today, and I love using these lovely items as an inspiration in my creative process. 

Reusing and repurposing vintage linens into one-of-a-kind quilting and sewing projects is another passion of mine. These retro fabrics are very unique in their appearance and there are a multitude of ideas in which they can be used.

Please join me as we discuss and reimagine alll the different ways we can create together, by sharing our inspirations and accomplishments collectively as a group of “vintage souls”.
